Launch of a book by award-winning poet Aidan Andrew Dun, a novel in verse telling the story of a romance between an Israeli DJ and a Palestinian rapper.The novel encapsulates the personal tragedy of the Palestine-Israel conflict through the popular music culture of modern Palestine.

Karl Sabbagh will be in conversation with Aidan Andrew Dun.

 

Aidan Andrew Dun is a poet, musician and composer, living in and writing about London. His previous books of poems have evoked London and the Middle East and been praised by Andrew Motion, Simon Armitage, Peter Aykroyd and others.

 

Karl Sabbagh, managing director of Skyscraper Publications, has written nearly a dozen books, ranging across topics as diverse as architecture, psychology, history, mathematics, fraud, Victorian boys’ papers, and the Middle East.
