PUBLIC CONVERSATION | PALESTINE: REPAIR & RETURN - Stories of Art & Drama
This event will raise and listen to voices of arts, drama and theatre practitioners and those who are impacted by this work in Palestine and throughout the world. Playwrights, comedians, drama and arts workshop leaders, actors, designers, singers, musicians, puppeteers, painters, sculptors, installation artists, clowns, storytellers, producers and their audiences will talk about how in the midst of genocide, struggle for liberation, displacement and armed violence their work continues and how vital and important it is. For deep, serious fun, for play, for imagination, for well-being, for the human soul, artists will reach out to each other and bring their insights into our public conversation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: To be able to fund our vibrant exhibitions and events, we need to charge a modest £5 ticket price to help cover part of the gallery running costs and overheads. With much of our public and private sponsorship axed, your gift enables us to continue staging thought-provoking art and cultural events. Many thanks for helping independent charitable art venues such as ours.
