WORKSHOP | FREEDRAW - Images of Resistance

Join artist Rithu Jagannath for FREEDRAW – Images of Resistance, a creative workshop blending art and activism. Participants will draw on pre-made postcard templates, inspired by powerful images of resistance available to scan on iPads or computers. On the reverse, you’ll craft a polite but firm message to your MP or a relevant policymaker, before sending it off as part of a collective call for change.

This is not art—it's a bold call to action to those with power: our voices matter. Through drawing and writing, we bring creativity into existence, demanding accountability and justice.

Rithu Jagannath is an award-winning audio producer, writer, and anthropologist who has worked with PRX, TED, and award-winning podcasts like SAPIENS and Beyond High Performance. Her interdisciplinary work converges storytelling with social impact.
