Join us at P21 Gallery for an intimate evening of extraordinary music as we launch a new residency in collaboration with Make Freedom Ring, a platform dedicated to promoting classical musicians from the Levant.

Taking its name from Paul Robeson’s iconic vision of art as a bridge between communities, Make Freedom Ring creates a dedicated space within the classical music industry for artists navigating insecurity, censorship, and isolation. This debut concert marks the first in a targeted series designed to showcase Levant artists, expand their networks, and foster cross-disciplinary artistic connections in London.

Featured Performance: The Galilee Quartet

For this opening residency performance, we are proud to present The Galilee Quartet, an acclaimed ensemble formed by four Palestinian siblings: Omar, Mostafa, Tibah, and Gandhi Saad. Hailing from Maghar in the Galilee, the quartet recently completed studies at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris and the Verbier Festival Academy, and currently study at the prestigious Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris.

Following a highly successful UK tour, the Saad siblings bring their unique dual identity to P21 Gallery, seamlessly blending Western classical string repertoire with Middle Eastern vocal and instrumental traditions.

Musicians & Instrumentation

  • Omar Saad: Viola & Arabic Percussion
  • Mostafa Saad: Violin & Oud
  • Tibah Saad: Cello & Vocals
  • Gandhi Saad: Violin & Vocals

Transitioning effortlessly between classical quartet configurations and traditional Arabic ensemble arrangements, their repertoire features rich original compositions that bridge Eastern and Western soundscapes, reflecting their Palestinian heritage and world-class classical training.

All profits from ticket sales will directly support the continuation of the Make Freedom Ring concert series, establishing long-term performance and networking opportunities for Levant classical musicians.
